The end of an era: Steve Jobs



Today felt like the end of an era..... with passing of Steve Jobs, Apple Inc.’s cofounder and former chief executive. Steve Jobs was a true visionary innovator whose work and achievements in the high tech industry will impact many generations to come... It is a great loss and he will be missed tremendously by many people around the world! But his legacy and inspiration will live forever!

As many of you know, I am an apple fan and still remember my first little mac classic and my first newsletter created using PageMaker 1.0 for my graphic design class! Was it that long ago?

Apple's revolutionary products introduced many people, like myself, to the personal computer and converted into true followers and fans! Simplicity of use and elegance of apple's products are truly exceptional!

Looking at the Apple's website displaying Steve Jobs' black and white picture makes me sad... but at the same time reminds me to follow my dreams as an artist, live my own life and not someone else's! My admiration goes to the man who followed his dreams to the very end!
